  1. If a program bug has been detected, activate the relevant box. Leave it blank for general comments, questions and requisitions.
  2. Describe the problem faced in the empty space. The additional project info, user name as well as program location will be sent automatically.
  3. Press to send the request. (It will turn black once the user write something to the support request field).
  4. Your request will be processed the soonest and an answer will be sent via email.
  5. Press to leave this process.
